THE LIVE PERFORMANCE OPTION: EXAMPLE
- You memorize or recite your story live in front of an audience
- You will choose music to underscore your live performance
-You wear or exhibit your mask along with a costume of your choice
-Your focus will be on vocal, physical and facial expressions during your exhibition
THE SLIDE SHOW OPTION: EXAMPLE
-You record your story with vocal expression on Garage Band
- You will choose music to underscore your recording
-You take a series of photos of your mask- and design materials to accompany your story
-You cut together the photos and recording to create a final product
The Film Option 1: EXAMPLE
- You will memorize your story and perform it in front of a camera
-You must utilize camera angles, close-ups and a variety of shots to film artfully
-You will choose music to underscore your filmed performance
You must focus on vocal, physical and facial expressions
The Film Option 2: EXAMPLE
-You will record your story with vocal expression in garage band.
- You will film your mask and design work in an artful way that explores the emotional aspects of your monster
-You will edit together your footage to play during the recorded story
-You will choose music to underscore your film
